Upon submitting content to www.the7sisters.com (the “Site”) and for good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency and receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I agree to the following:
- I have read and agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the Site.
- I am at least 13 years of age.
- I warrant and represent that I own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents and permissions to use and authorize Seven Sisters Productions LLC and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, the “Seven Sisters Entities”) to use all material that I upload (the “Submitted Content”), including but not limited to all copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all Submitted Content necessary to utilize the Use Content as set forth herein.
- I hereby grant the Seven Sisters Entities the right to use the Submitted Content, including but not limited to any remarks, ideas, graphics, photos, comments, product concepts, advertising concepts or ideas, and suggestions for improving or changing existing content, and grant the Seven Sister Entities a royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual and irrevocable worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, modify, publish and distribute such materials or incorporate such materials into any form or technology now known or later developed. I unconditionally and irrevocably waive and agree not to assert any moral rights I may have in having the material altered or changed in a manner not agreeable to me. I further grant the Seven Sisters Entities a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use my name in connection with the Submitted Content, and to use the Submitted Content for any and all purposes, including without limitation advertising and promotional purposes, without additional compensation.
- I agree that I will not: (a) submit materials that are subject to protection under any applicable copyright, trademark or trade secret, or that are otherwise subject to third-party rights, unless I am the owner of such rights, or I have the express permission of the owner of such rights to post such material and to grant all of the rights granted herein; (b) submit any Submitted Content that violates the rights of any person or entity, including but not limited to the rights of privacy or publicity of any person; (c) submit Submitted Content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, racially or ethnically offensive, or that encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or violate any law, or that is unduly dangerous; or (d) submit Submitted Content that impersonates another person.
- I agree to hold the Seven Sisters Entities harmless and to indemnify the Seven Sisters Entities from any and all liabilities, loss, claims, or causes of actions, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses that may be incurred by the Seven Sisters Entities, arising out of or relating to my breach of any of the representations and warranties in this Agreement.
- I warrant and represent that all information that I have provided is accurate.
